This surgery will close at 1pm on Friday 21st December.
We will be open on the mornings of Monday 24th, Thursday 27th, Friday 28th and Monday 31st December for emergencies only. If you require an emergency appointment please phone at 8am and leave a message stating your name, telephone number and nature of your problem, and we will contact you.
Normal surgery hours will resume at 8am on Wednesday 2nd January 2019.
