At Hartley Dental Practice we are committed to providing high-quality care to all our patients. When you book an appointment, we reserve a specific amount of time, especially for you.
In accordance with our practice policy, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments altered or cancelled with less notice may incur a charge.
This policy is in place to help ensure that valuable clinical time can be offered to other patients who may be awaiting care.
